How does the initial discovery call work?
Our first conversation takes place via video call and is completely free, with no obligation.
It is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and understand your wedding vision in every detail.
Together, we will discuss your wishes, inspirations, the atmosphere you want to create for your wedding day, and your budget.
I will be your dedicated point of contact from our very first conversation through to your wedding day.
What types of wedding planning services do you offer?
I offer a fully bespoke planning experience, tailored to the needs and expectations of each couple.
My main services include full wedding planning, partial wedding planning, and wedding day coordination only. Whatever service you choose, my presence on your wedding day is always included, allowing you to fully enjoy this special moment with complete peace of mind.
Every proposal is customized to reflect my clients’ unique needs and expectations.
What services do I offer?
I support you through every stage of your wedding planning journey: creating a preliminary budget, developing your reception’s aesthetic vision through personalized mood boards, finding the perfect venue, and selecting carefully chosen vendors based on your expectations.
I also provide guidance on table styling, décor, and the overall atmosphere to create a harmonious and elegant celebration. Throughout the planning process, I provide you with a detailed timeline and a comprehensive roadmap for your wedding day.
On your wedding day, I coordinate all vendors and oversee the entire flow of events, from the preparations through to the evening celebration, allowing you to fully enjoy every moment with complete peace of mind.
How far in advance should you contact me?
Ideally, you should contact me as early as possible, especially for weddings taking place between May and September, which are the most in-demand months. In general, couples reach out 12 to 24 months before their wedding to secure access to the best venues and vendors.
However, it is absolutely possible to plan a wedding within a shorter timeframe, depending on availability and the scale of the celebration.
For wedding day coordination services, I recommend contacting me at least 2 months before your wedding, allowing enough time to review all the details, prepare thoroughly, and ensure a seamless and perfectly coordinated day.
Where do I work?
I am based in the Centre-Val de Loire region and primarily work throughout the Loire Valley, Paris, and the wider Paris region.
I also travel throughout France depending on your project, your chosen venue, and the experience you wish to create for your wedding.
What are my rates?
My services generally start from around €2,900 including VAT. As every wedding is unique, pricing is tailored according to your needs, the level of support you require, and the bespoke experience we create together.
